Shipping Information
1. Processing and shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt and confirmation of payment (on business days).
After dispatch, the client receives a tracking number.
Changing the delivery address/details is only possible before dispatch.
2. Delivery methods and estimated delivery times
The timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country, carrier and logistics/customs procedures.
• Standard (Europe): 4–14 working days
Working days do not include weekends and public holidays.
3. Shipping costs
• European standard: 20 EUR
⚠️ If your order is shipped in multiple parcels (e.g. from different warehouses/consignments), a separate shipping cost may be charged for each parcel.
4. Reporting Delays
If the tracking information is not updated or the parcel appears to be delayed, the customer must contact support within 30 calendar days from the dispatch date, providing the order number and tracking number.
Requests after this deadline may not be subject to investigation, as tracking data may not be available from the carrier.
5. Returns, refunds, exchanges
• Returns: Not accepted.
• Refunds: Not provided after payment.
• Exchange/replacement: only in case of defect/damage, with supporting photos within the specified time frame.
