Payment Information

1. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cryptocurrency payment (After completing your order, our manager will provide the wallet address for payment.)

• Bank transfer (IBAN) - bank details are sent to the client by e-mail after the order is placed/processed

2. Currency and amounts

Prices on the website are listed in EUR. The final payment amount is displayed when placing your order.

When paying with cryptocurrency, the amount in cryptocurrency is calculated automatically at the current exchange rate at the time of payment and may have a limited validity period (payment window).

3. Payment confirmation and order processing

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation by the the funds have actually been credited to our account.

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 48 hours (on business days).

4. Commissions and discounts

• Payment by bank transfer (IBAN): the merchant's fee is 0%. However, fees from your bank/correspondent bank may apply (if applicable). 

• Payment with cryptocurrency:  The customer pays the network fee set by the blockchain/wallet.

5. Payment purpose (for bank transfer)

When paying by IBAN, please indicate the order number in the payment details.

This helps to identify and confirm payments faster.

6. Cancellations, refunds and payment disputes

Once payment has been made, no refunds will be provided.

If the payment was completed, but the order was not displayed/confirmed, please contact support and provide the order number and proof of payment (receipt/screenshot/transaction hash).

7. Payment security

We do not store full bank card details. All payments are secure.
